Effect of Aerofoil Selection on the Performance of Oil-gas Pump

  • Optimal design on aerofoil parameter of impeller is made based on the second YQH一100 oil—gas pump.Three-dimensional modeling of impeller is made with 3D software and flow field simulation is carried Out with FLUENT software.Starting from aerofoil model,thickness of aerofoil and the maximum thickness of aerofoil opposite to the variation of chord position,aerofoil selection for oil—gas pump are made.The result shows that when the position of maximum thickness of aerofoil is at the 50% of 79 1一aerofoil,at where the performance of oil—gas pump is much better.
