Performance Improving Experiment on Carbon Fiber Resin System for Pipeline Defects Repair Technique

  • Carbon fiber material used in pipeline defects repair exists technical issues in aging and low adhesion, therefore, improvement technique to increase the adhesion of composite resin material, enhance its impact resistance and strengthen its solidification is proposed.Through performance improvement experiment, functional agents like coupling agent K H-550 and toughening agent (KZ-686) are added to original resin formulation, which increase comprehensive anti-corrosion performance for the resin system.
