Quality Risk in Foundation Construction of Large-scale Compressor Set and Risk Prevention Measures

Quality risk existed in construction of foundation for jarge-seale compressor sets is analyzed.Risk prevention countermeasures are proposed aiming at proper controlling hydration heat release of cement, slowing down the heat radiating velocity at concrete surface and increasing installation accuracy for anchor bolt These countermeasures are consisted of selecting the cement with lower hydrationn heat and sloW heat radiating Velocity, layer-by-layer casting concrete and lowering the mixtures temperature before casting, insulating the surface of concrete with doUble-layer template and insulating curing, and using locating mould for anchor bolt and fixed stand to fix the anchor bolt as well.
