Synthesis of New CO2 Corrosion Inhibitor HSJ-1

  • A new CO2, inhibitor HSJ-1 is synthesized by Mannich reaction.Influence of synthesis temperature, synthesis time and synthetic pH value on the efficiency of inhibitor is analyzed, optimal synthesis condition is determined and a perfect inhibitor against CO2 corrosion is synthesized.The new corrosion inhibitor can effectiVely inhibit CO2 corrosion and is suitable for the application of the pipelines in oilfield and gas-field.
