Transportation Processs of YingYa Condensate Pipeline

  • The maximum throughput and minimum throughput of YingYa Condensate Pipeline are analyzed by means of PIPEPHASE software based on condensate's property and transportation actualities of the pipeline.Temperature drop and pressure drop along the pipeline are simulated with the software at normal throughput and the result simu lated is analyzed and compared with actual operation data of the pipeline in order to determine the reliability of the software in data simulation.Also, the maximum throughput and minimum throughput of the pipeline at extreme cold operation condition are further simulated.The paper analyzes wax deposition process of condensate, researches a series of techniques abont forward transporta-tion/reverse pumping, pipe pigging, intermediate heating station's operation and PPD injection in winter based on the relative parameters of pipeline operation and sets up optimal operation way of pipeline to ensure safe operation in winter.
