Intelligent Plugging Techniques in High-pressure Pipeline

The development and application of high-pressure pipeline intelligent plugging technology are described and the structure and work principle of high-pressure intelligent plugging system is introduced. It is pointed out that the structure design of intelligent plug and its emergency response technique, plugging pressure/sealing property, micro-hydraulic system's design, modeling of its operation process and analysis, ultra low frequency eletromagnetic signal system and control technique are key technologies to develop the intelligent plug. With application respect of the intelligent plugging technology, the instancy for speeding-up development of intelligent plugging system in China is put forward.
