Optimization Study on Wax Deposition Rate Model

  • Based on the dynamic mechanism of wax deposition and in allusion to the influencing factors of shear stress of internal pipe wall, temperature gradient, concentration gradient of wax molecule and dynamic viscosity of crude oil on wax deposition rate, taking power model as wax deposition rate model, a two-order Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is adopted to calculate t parameters of wax deposition rate model. Calculation results display that the accuracy of PSO is higher than that of regression method.
