Analysis of Thermal Impact Factors on Batching Transportation of Cool and Hot Oil for Long-distance Pipelines

  • In allusion to the design of pipelines in batch transportation of cool and hot oil and their operation, the effecting factors such as distance, batches per year, relative flowrate, pipeline flowrate and outlet temperature on crude oil's flowing safety under operational conditions are reviewed through calculation program of the cool and hot oil batching transportation software. Thermodynamic behavior of cool and hot oil batching pipelining is summarized and its pipelining rules are understood further.
