Leakage Warning Techniques and its Application in Long-distance Oil Pipelines

The article reviews the technology status quo of leakage warning system applied in oil pipeline worldwide, introduces something new oil-stolen and/or oil leakage warning systems, such as radar warning technique, FFT Sucure Pipe? System and microwave leakage detection technology and so on. In the light of disadvantages of these techniques, the authors consider that it is important to design leakage warning system of oil pipelines from basic principle of leakage location, technical requirements and suitability based on creative design and application theory.
