The Application of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchical Process in Evaluation and Selection of Pipeline Route

  • In view of the feature of pipeline route's selection, both analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation process are used on scheme selection of pipeline routes with multiple index and hierarchy. Firstly, every index is handled by using fuzzy evaluation process; then, objective empowering method can be used to determine the weight of every index and finally, synthesis evaluation indexes of different schemes may be obtained, resulting in optimum scheme and its suboptimum schemes. The feature of this article is to use objective empowering method, which can decrease the dependence on the expert making method in the traditional analytic hierarchical process and can also decrease the unfitting weight distributing and subjective fault because of human factors. The case provided for a gas pipeline shows that this method has more fierce practicability and operability.
