Abstract
A process to establish the uncertain measuring model is described and factors influencing safety of oil and gas pipeline are analyzed. Safety levels of 10 pipe sections in some oil pipeline are assessed with the model and the assessment result fits to actual situation of the pipeline, which displays that this kind of model can be effectively used to assess the safety of oil and gas pipelines and assessment results can be used as basis when taking safe measures for oil and gas pipelines.
