Quality Optimization of Emergency Plans Based on Variable Weighting Model

A comprehensive evaluation theory of the variable weight is introduced and emergency plan assessment model based on variable weight assignment model is buildup, an examples is given, meanwhile, to analyze the quality of the emergency plan based on regular weight assignment and variable weight assignment model, and the result is discussed combining the characteristics of variable weight assignment.It can be seen that the variable weight model can overcome the defects from static evaluation of emergency plans and regular weight assignment and can furthest reduce the impact of the model flaw on evaluation results.
