Research on Optimizing Operation of Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline to Transport Daqing-Jidong Blends

Aiming at the situation that different Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline section transports different kinds of crude oils and based on the basic data of Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline and rheololgical behavior of Daqing-Jidong blends, an optimized operational computing software is developed and optimized operation scheme for the pipeline is established.Through optimizing the combination of oil pump sets, optimized operation is realized in Qinhuangdao-Qian' an pipe section and throttle loss is eliminated basically.By determining the minimum allowable inlet temperature and optimizing the combination of oil pump sets, optimized operation is realized in Qian'an-Fangshan pipe section.
