Influence of DRA Reinjection at Middle Pump Station on the Operation of DRA-added Pipeline

  • The application of HG DRA in Hejian-Shijiazhuang Oil Pipeline is introduced. The influence of DRA reinjection at middle pump station on the operation of DRA-added pipeline is discussed. Field application shows that DRA reinjection at middle pump station to DRA-added pipeline can obtain certain drag reduction effectiveness and increase throughput, but drag reduction rate is lower than that of DRA reinjection at the front pump station.
