Design on Anti-Surge Control System of Centrifugal Compressor at Multi-gas Resources

  • In allusion to commplicated inlet process of multi-gas resources for gas compressor station, the design on anti-surge control system is carried out for gas compressor operated at low-pressure(3.8 to 4 MPa)and medium pressure(5 to 6.5 MPa)at the precondition of centralized gas cooler allocated in gas compressor station.The design procedure is that anti-surege pipe loop and reeycling pipe loop for low-pressure and medium pressure are separately designed, the start/stop, operation, anti-surge and ESD(emergency shutdown)of gas compressor sets is operated by anti-surge controller.The field running shows that the anti-surge control system can effectively prevent gas compressor from surging.
