Recovery and Utilization of Pressure Energy from High-pressure Gas Pipelines and Economic Analysis

By means of studying the mathematical model of pressure energy of high pressure natural gas, theenergy analysis on recovery and utilization of pressure energy is made.Taking the operation process of gasadjusting station as an example, economic analysis on recovery and utilization of pressure energy is carriedout and result shows that the recovery equipment is provided with the strong point of short paybackperiod.The author further introduces the utilization of pressure energy in high-pressure in natural gas'sliquefaction, peak shaving and power generating station as well as cold resource of cold storage plant.
