Establishment and practice of Lubricant Monitoring System of CompressorUnit

Based on the practice of lubricant monitoring for compressor units in Shanshan-Wulumuqi Initial Compressor Station, a method for setting up lubricant monitoring system and monitoring steps are put forward. Practical application shows that by the lubricant monitoring system, operators is able to evaluate operation status of the compressor units in time, predict equipment's failures and analyze origins, cut down maintenance cost and increase operation efficiency of compressor units effectively.
