The None-Motile Control System for Pigging Operation of PressurePipeline

  • Present situation of research and application of pigging technology at home and abroad is analyzed. A new none-motile control system for pigging pressure pipeline is proposed. The main structure of the new system in design scenario, based on safety, reliability and stability, is composed of main valve, fluid-controlled valve, pig and control loop. The new pigging system of low cost, designed with simple structure, unmanned monitored, non-additional power and easily to expand, can work steadily in hostile environment like desert, sea, forest, ice and snow.
