Comparison and Analysis of Centering Methods for Oil Pump Shaft
The operation principle of micrometer and laser centering indicator is analyzed and availability of the two methods is compared. The result displays that the laser centering indicator, not subjected to axial displacement and avoiding from flexible error of gauge holder, can work well with high accuracy, which is suitable for the centering of pump shaft.
