Pipeline Welding Procedure of PWT Automatic Root Welding plus Flux-cored Semi-automatic Welding

Combined with the practice of long-distance pipeline engineering, the paper analyzes and studies different kinds of welding procedure of pipeline at home and abroad.A new pipeline welding procedure of PWT automatic root welding plus flux-cored semi-automatic welding technology is put forward.The results of experimental study and field application show that the new pipeline welding procedure has a good process performance, high welding quality, rapid welding speed and remarkable economic benefits.It is valuable for popularization and utilization.
