Film Forming Process for Internal & External Fusion Bond Epoxy Powder of Steel Pipes

  • Performance differences and individual film forming process of fusion bond epoxy(FBE)for internal and external application of steel pipes are compared in the article.The authors analyze the discrepancy of FBE and its film forming process for inner 8L outer surface application of pipes, present an available technique that the inner film and outer film can be once formed.This technique can eliminate the damage to the formed FBE film of steel pipes resulting from the"inner applying before outer applying"or"outer applying before inner applying"process.which is of importance in engineering utilization.
