Quality Evaluation on Emergency Plans of Oil and Gas Pipelines Based on G1 Assigning Weight Method

  • Considering the limitation of common Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to assign weight to indexes, G1 method, a new method, is used to assign weight to various indexes on the basis of establishing a quality evaluation index system for emergency plans of oil and gas pipelines. Finally, solution scoring for emergency plan quality, division of judgement degree and different quality improvement strategies for emergency plans are provided. The paper provides guidance methods for how the quality of emergency plans of oil and gas pipelines is improved and meanwhile provides a decision support for maintenance and amendment of emergency plans.
