Safety of Non-conducting Electrostatic Coating Materials as Internal Coating of Jet Fuel Tank

The application of internal coating materials in jet fuel tank is analyzed in the paper. Application standards and application cases of internal coating materials in jet fuel tank at home and abroad are given. It is pointed out that the non-conducting electrostatic coating material does not produce electrostatic hazards when it is applied as the internal coating of newly-built jet fuel tank in civil aviation industry. The author presents selection suggestions on internal coating materials for newly-built jet fuel tank in civil aviation industry and relative safety and protection measures.
