Sensitive Monitoring Technology under Running Condition of Monitoring System of Pipeline Compressor and Its Application

The paper introduces a new sensitive monitoring technology integrated with multiple monitoring targets, statistical learning ability and historical data storage. Based on a serial of field experiments in a compressor unit over Sebei-Xi'ning-Lanzhou Gas Transmission Pipeline, the threshold value that can be truly applied to pipeline compressor unit is analyzed statistically. The results show that the threshold value meets the requirements of failure data capture and reduces garbage data storage of the pipeline system which provides an important data support for individual compressor station.
