The Business Metrology Data Exchange and Management of Kazakhstan-China Oil Pipeline

The calculation on metrology and model of the business data exchange of Kazakhstan-China Oil Pipeline from technology and management aspects is introduced in the paper. The business metrology data is calculated by the third country standards (America API standard) which are recognized by both parties. The Chinese GB Standard (China National Standard) and Kazakhstan Standard (GOST and CTPK) are used as a supplement according to the practice. The business metrology data exchange and management for the first oil pipeline from Kazakhsatan to China is fulfilled successfully.
