Hazardous Classification to Safety Evaluation of Crude Oil's Stabilizers

According to《Danger Level Classification》criterion made by Labor and Safety Research Institute of the Former Ministry of Chemical Industry, a safety evaluation to the danger of the crude oil stabilizer of Daqing Oilfield Natural Gas Subsidiary Company is developed.Through calculation, it is determined that the inherent danger class of the crude oil stabilizer is the second class, the safety management class of the field is superior and the actual danger level is medium.And relative safety measures are put forward based on the potential hazard evaluated.This approach takes all elements into account comprehensively and the evaluation results agree to the actual field condition.
