Test and Analysis on Operation Efficiency of Oil Pump Units

In allusion to the problems of lower motor's power factor and lower loadability, unqualified efficiency in motor and pump, motor overheat and higher pump loss, an analysis is made for the major cause impacting on the operating efficiency of the motors and oil pumps in pumping units and measures are worked out for improving the operation efficiency of the pumping units, and economic profits for variable frequency motor applied is analyzed meanwhile.
