This article describes the whole process of JCOE longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe made from rolling plate.Make the longitudinal submerged arc welding pipe from rolling plate through leveling and cutting, and then conduct physical and chemical properties test individually such as composition, tension, shock, hardness and DWTT tests.The testing results show that the pipes such made confirm to corresponding technical specification of DNV-OS-F101(2000)and API SPE.5L.
