Study Oll the Blending Concentration of Daqing-Russia Crude and Blended Rheology in Batch Transportation

  • In January 7, 2007, Daqing—Tieling Oil Pipeline began to transport Daqing and Russia crude at same batching temperature.Daqing crude is the paraffin based high viscosity heavy crude and is commonly transported by heating.Russia crude is the intermediate based low viscosity light sour crude and is commonly transported under normal temperature.On the basis of theory and practice, systematical study is carried out on the calculation of blending volume of Daqing—Russia Crude and measuring data, the variation law of blending concentration and rheology, and the impact of blended oil on differential temperature batch transportation.Important experimental results are obtained in the blending proportion and temperature for Russia crude。mixed oil length between stations, Russia oil's concentration in blended oils and transportation differential temperature in summer.
