Optimized Design of Pressure Control System of Offtake Station and System Application

  • Base on a Process requirement analysis of West-to-East Gas Transmission Pipeline, the paper describes the design conception, technical consideration and optimized principle of the pressure control system at gas transmission pipeline's offtake station and analyzes the normal operation mode of the pressure control system, operation mode in low flowrate, the applied effect under the condition of optional pressure automatic regulation and an actual application example is given, which provides a reference for the future design of similar pressure control system at gas pipeline's offtake station and promoting its level as well.
