Abstract
Cutting down the cost of the service buried hot crude pipeline of low flux during oil transportation is very important. In order to properly solve the confliction between energy consumption and supply of the pipeline, when the actual flux is less than that of the design flux, study a sort of reasonable and scientific running scheme economically and technically is necessary. This article establishes a economic mathematical model on the buried hot crude pipeline and puts forward a solution of the mathematical model combined with a scheme comparison method and TLNET software, which makes the economical running scheme of the pipeline running expense minimal including the number of running pumping stations and heating stations, the combining mode of pump unit at the pumping station, inlet and outlet pressure, inlet and outlet temperature of every station, hourly running expense of pipeline, the rotation speed of frequency conversion timing motor and the heat load of each heating station. Through actual calculation on a buried crude pipeline and comparison with the field data, the result is satisfactory.
