A Study on the Cathodic Disbonding Properties of Polyurea Coating

The mechanism of cathodic disbonding properties of polyurea coating is discussed and the prescription of the elastic body is selected firstly.Then, the effect of the metal pretreatment, the adhesion of the polyurea/metal interface and the formula of polyurea coating on the cathodic disbonding properties of polyurea coating is investigated respectively.Based on the result, it brings forward that the polyurea coating owns good cathodic disbonding property by means of improving the polyurea/metal interface, the glass transition temperature and the addition of V₂O₅ particle for the purpose of preparing a kind of polyurea coating with sound anti-cathodic disbonding properties.
