The Application of Analytic Hierarchy Process in the Evaluation of Failure Consequence of Piping Bridge

Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is a method used in complex decision-making system.By stratifying the problem and comparing the importance of the factors in the problem, quantitative analyses can be conducted and proper decision can be made.In the risk assessment of the piping bridge, the evaluation of failure consequence is an important part.Because the piping bridge system is complex, fuzzy assessment is usually adopted in risk assessment.In order to get the weights of the factors in the fuzzy assessment of failure consequence, AHP is introduced into the assessment.By using AHP, a matrix can be obtained and the weights can be calculated through the matrix for final judgment.
