Economic Storage Method For Crude Oil and its Application at the Terminal Station of Alshan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline

Aiming at the actual operational status of the terminal station of Alshan-Saihantala Oil Pipeline, relative economic storage methods for crude oil are put forward for the purpose of expanding crude oil's marketing, coordinating oil's transportation, implementing QHSE system and improving relative management/regulation system of the tankfarm. The method for measuring evaporation rate of crude oil is introduced meanwhile. The practice shows that oil storage costs may be effectively cut down by means of taking economic storage measures.
