Surge Protection Case for Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline

Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline is provided with perfect surge protection system and meanwhile some measures are taken such as pressure relief, sequential pump OFF-mode, "hardline" pump OFF-mode and leading surge protection for the pipeline. Through analyzing the surge protection case of Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline, it is pointed out that multi-measures taken based on an independent pressure protection system of a pump station and a whole line leading surge protection system can effectively protect the pipeline and its equipment from surge hazards.
