The Transformation of Energy in the 21st Century and the Natural Gas Pipeline Industry

The transformation tendency of energy in the 21st century is analyzed and forecasted in the paper. It is pointed out that the transformation of energy is mainly by means of obtaining new energy from nuclear fusion and conversing natural gas hydrate into natural gas. And at present, the relationship between the construction of gas transmission pipeline and underground gas storage must be defined in China. The author considers that the development and utilization of new energy in the new century shall be sped up in China. The gas industry shall be energetically developed and the study in natural gas hydrate shall be strengthened and particularly in conversing natural gas hydrate into natural gas.
