Negative-pressure Protection Program for Hangzhou Bay Offshore Oil Pipeline
Taking Hangzhou Hay Offshore Oil Pipeline for example, the paper analyzes the reason for seabed pipeline leakage and puts forward a program to protect the negtive-pressure of the seabed pipeline. Through internal pressure test to the seabed pipeline and basic estimation for the cost of improved equipment, it points out that the protective program is feasible and is able to protect pipeline leakage effectively.
