The Application of State Evaluation of Pump Set Based on Three-dimensional Axle Centre Trail

Based on the axle centre trails in different operation situation of oil pumps, and a method of the multi-measuring point and three-dimensional axle centre trails which syncretized two indexes information, axle centre trail radius and phase, are refined. This method can be used to evaluate the unit in unitary. Some evaluation indexes are refined quantitatively. At last, the evaluation method usability is proved in further through some field examination examples, and analyzes the operation change tendency as well.
