Abstract
For the first time in pipeline design optimization, the new methodology of "Generalized Optimizing Design for Pipelines" is put forward, that is, establishing the system of optimizing design and evaluating the optimized plans for pipelines. A multi-objective decision policy of entropy weight is applied to evaluate the optimized plans as a whole in order to achieve the goal of "select a superior solution from superior solutions". And perturbance design variables are used to analyze the sensitivity of the optimized models. To get efficient sensibility analysis, the changing prices of drag reducer and energy resources are taken as variables in the design models.
