Non-steady Thermal Calculation of Right and Reverse Transportation for Buried Oil Pipelines

Abstract
Through summarizing the documents on non-steady thermal problems for buried hot oil pipelines at home and abroad, the paper analyzes the non-steady thermodynamic process of right and reverse transportation of buried hot oil pipelines, established a mathematic model and developed a calculation software for solving the problem. Taking Renqiu-Beijing Oil Pipeline for example, a comparison to experimental data and software solving results of right and reverse transportation is made. The comparison result shows that the mathematic model is available and the software is reliable. Also, a change rule in soil temperature field all around the pipe and oil temperature in-pipe during right and reverse transportation process is studied and discussed in the paper.
