Technical Parameters Analysis on Heater Changing Fuel from Crude Oil to Natural Gas Used in WeiJing Oil Pipeline

  • Through analyzing the technical parameters and comparing the efficiency with the two types of heaters (2326 kW and 2500 kW)-natural gas-fired changed from crude oil in WeiJing Oil Pipeline, the authors consider that it is feasible in technology for the natural gas-fired heaters changed from crude oil to lower their costs, and after technical reforming, heaters' efficiency increase over 6% with low flue gas temperature in discharge. Suggestions and improving measurements on the problem existed in the technical reform are put forward.
