Technical Parameters Analysis on Heater Changing Fuel from Crude Oil to Natural Gas Used in WeiJing Oil Pipeline

Through analyzing the technical parameters and comparing the efficiency with the two types of heaters (2326 kW and 2500 kW)-natural gas-fired changed from crude oil in WeiJing Oil Pipeline, the authors consider that it is feasible in technology for the natural gas-fired heaters changed from crude oil to lower their costs, and after technical reforming, heaters' efficiency increase over 6% with low flue gas temperature in discharge. Suggestions and improving measurements on the problem existed in the technical reform are put forward.
