The Exergy Transfer Analysis on Pipeline Transportation Process

  • According to the general steps of exergy analysis in engineering, a field composition of the pipeline is determined and exergy transfer analysis guidelines are obtained, of which, leading fields are the pressure field and temperature field respectively. A numerical simulation is done with a thermal oil pipeline process, and calculating results can be used to study the contributor of each field to the transferring speed and the continuous transferring. Thus technical approaches for improving pipeline transportation processes can be provided.
