Research on Preparation Condition of Water Emulsion for Crnde Oil

The parameters affecting the rheology of emulsion are studied in this paper. The parameters include stirring rate, stirring temperature and the method to put water into oil. Preparation condition of emulsion is optimized. The viscosity of emulsion prepared in laboratory is compared with the emulsion with similar water cut of oil obtained from oilfield. Preparation condition of emulsion in laboratory is determined.
