Finite Element Analysis of Suspension and Cable-stayed Combined Pipeline Bridge

  • Based on the deformation measurement of the state of the pipeline bridge at construction and after serviced 20 years, a finite element model for analyzing the suspension and cable-stayed combined pipeline bridge is set up by using the finite element analysis software and choosing the right finite elements and by the modification of the input parameters. The displacements and the stresses of the bridge under the state of oil transportation are obtained by static analysis, and provide a basis for the safety assessment of the pipeline bridge.
