China's Enlightenment from the Strategic Petroleum Reservation Modes in America and Japan

The issues on strategic petroleum reservation and economy security are studied on the theory basis in this paper. The authors analyze the basic conception of petroleum industry's security and the necessity to establish strategic petroleum reservation in China, and meanwhile, discuss the ways to enhance the security on petroleum industry by means of taking the current development of China's petroleum industry and referring foreign experience in the establishment modes of strategic petroleum reservation.
