Pipeline Ageing Question and its Solution

The author points out that the pipeline ageing is a worldwide question, and to avoid accident from the pipeline ageing the rational maintenance programs and/or scenarios should be determined on the basis 01 monitoring or detection on the operating load of in-line old oil/gas pipelines and their pumping stations, compressor stations, overhead or crossing pipelines, communication system as well as automatic system. The overhaul program for the low throughput old pipelines and the program for new pipelines'construction are case presented.
