Operating Equilibrium and Controlling Methodology of Oil Pipeline System

The operating equilibrium and controlling methodology of oil pipeline is described. In this paper, the authors study and analyze the necessity of operating equilibrium and controlling for the oil pipeline system from the equilibrium of pipeline system, operating controlling and application of equilibrium and controlling methodology. The viewpoint of the paper is that operating regulation and controlling of oil pipeline should start from the integral pipeline system and take the safe operation of oil pipeline as a base.
