Study on the Techniques of Gathering and Transportation Viscous Oils from ZhengWang as Emulsion and Visbreaking

This paper proceeds from the current situation of the gathering and transportation viscous oil of ZhengWang as emulsion and visbreaking. On the basis of studying the mixture viscous oil, the paper discusses six aspects, which have great effect on the viscous oils viscosity reduction and emulsification of emulsified oil, including the preparation of emulsified oil, its flow property and stability, its water content, the compatibility and stability of emulsified oil, its breaking the emulsion and dewatering. Based on the above research, the paper puts forward a primary plan for rebuilding techniques of the mixture viscous oils gathering and transportation of ZhengWang viscous crude oil.
