Analysis on the Surface Corrosion of Convection Tube of Direct Fired Heater
The surface corrosion reason and product compositions of convection tubes of direct fired heater are analyzed. It is pointed out that the main reason of this kind of corrosion is from stronger oxidation and dew point corrosion of sulfuric acid in the convection tubes' surface under the condition of burning. The improvement countermeasures against this corrosion are provided.
