Control and Analysis on Measurement Shortage for Long Distance Gas Transmission Pipeline

In the light of the measurement shortage in gas transmission enterprises, the authors points out that the mechanism of transmission balance and measurement shortage should be established and the influence factors on it also taken into account. This paper discusses the measurement shortage including its addressing as well as the measurement shortage analysis and control, puts forward the control theory of measurement shortage and analysis method of measurement shortage.
